New Construction If you are in the process of purchasing new construction and debating on having your home inspected, then you should definitely review my new construction inspection report. Consider what you are paying for the home vs the inspection fee and what if a major defect were discovered during the inspection. Not every home has a major befect but the inspection is good piece of mind especially when you consider the money you are investing in your home. Included in my report is a complete report both informational and a sampling of defects I have found in new homes built in 2007 and 2008.All had been inspected by county or city inspectors. The price of a home for major defects does not matter. Major defects were found in homes from 100,000 to over a million. |
